I write Go for infrastructure: observability, storage and the services in between. My code is merged into Kubernetes, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Lightning Labs and Jenkins. These days I fix bugs across the VictoriaMetrics stack and review pull requests in lnd.

    Built Go scanners that read live cloud state across Oracle Cloud, AWS and Azure. Also owned Keycloak service-to-service auth and OpenTelemetry tracing into Prometheus and Grafana.

    Hardened 12+ open source container images for the U.S. DoD’s IronBank and cut their CVEs by about 80%, then worked on the CVE scanner.

    Built the Go control plane that deploys GPU workloads across DataCrunch, Hyperstack and Nebius.

  4. Jenkins · GSoC contributor, then mentor

    2023 – 2024

    Moved the Jenkins docs to a versioned Antora and GatsbyJS site as a GSoC contributor, then came back to mentor the next cohort.

    Minimal rootless container runtime built on Linux namespaces and the Docker API; Xontainer adds rootless user/mount/PID-namespace sandboxing for OCI-style isolation.

    Content-addressed P2P storage (CIDv1, sha2-256) over go-libp2p, with Ed25519 PeerID identity, Kademlia DHT routing, and a custom block-transfer stream protocol for trustless, deduplicated retrieval.
